Deposit Issue 32020 INR amount is successfully deducted from bank account

Hello Dafabet and AskGamblers team,

This is to bring your notice that i done deposit of an 32020 INR on 08/Feb/2025 and amount is successfully deducted from my bank account but not added Dafasports account.

I already shared payment successful screenshot and follow-up multiple times through an emails and calls but i am not getting proper resolution and they always says we are yet to secure the amount.

I understand that for withdrawals customers can wait as per given timeframe but for deposit how come it is taking this long as its already completed 6 days of time period and deposits are meant to be processed immediately when the customer transferred amount through instant deposit method.

I am attaching all payment proofs and follow up emails from last few days.

Please help me resolve my deposit issue.

This is not accepted. It’s been almost 10 days and still you are not able to resolve this issue which shows your team is not capable of running show.

I already shared all the payment screenshots and attached the qr code to which payment has been made. So what is the problem of just checking statement of your payment partner. If your payment partner is not responding or not cooperating that is not player problem. You are showing hell to your players by your irresponsible time frames.

@AskGamblers I sincerely request your intervention in this issue as dafabet team intentionally delaying this issue and they are not resolving promptly.

Also i wanted to highlight one observation, if player not received any withdrawal amount dafabet casino team mandatorily asking player bank statement but when player deposit is not reflecting why dafabet payments team not providing their bank statement.

Rule is rule for all right and it should be applicable in both cases, when you are expecting the bank statement from customer to cross verify withdrawal transaction in the same way customers also expect bank statement of your payment partner to cross verify deposits.

@Ask Gamblers I also noticed that these dafabet casino is responding at last minute and again misusing the inbuilt timeframe and delaying the payments all the days and weeks together….

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
