Deposit in the amount 46000 INR not credited to my Dafabet account

Respected AskGamblers and Dafabet,

I made a deposit of ₹46,000 on 25/01/2025.

This isn’t the first time every time I make a deposit Dafabet is not credited the amount even though the transaction was successful and funds were debited from my account.

Every time when I contact Dafabet support they simply reply the same reply again and again saying that they are yet to secure the amount.

I request that Dafabet process my deposit without any further delay. Below attached details and payment screenshots are proof of the transaction

Ok then if this is your final verdict I’m staright away filing a complaint against you in gambling commission with all the screenshots and payments proofs I have.
In addition to that I’m also uploading all these proofs in my YouTube channel and all social media platforms I have so that it won’t happen to anither person
I will expose all of your activities like when depositing ₹25,000 adding ₹1 to my wallet and when depositing ₹46,000 adding ₹46 to my wallet. I will make sure these kind of cheap scamming tricks are exposed to public

I don’t know why are you trying to scam that money
It is really frustrating being a customer of your platform
One the worst platform I have ever used
Simply you guys will try to scam your customers in every single step be it a withdrawal or deposit

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
