Deposit has gone missing

Documents were requested by Dafabet to process my withdrawals.

I have already provided my documents on 10th of September, and it's still pending.

I have followed up multiple times with the Dafabet support team and have not heard.

Kindly please intervene and help me withdraw my stuck amount of 2,22,000 INR.

Hi my acc is fully verified and everything is fine but still am not able to receive any of my withdrawals, I am waiting since 25 august. They keep declining my withdrawal without any reason and even the latest withdrawals made on 10 th september got declined on 17 th sep which was the last date.

And if ask on chat or email they say its under review, it took so long time. I have 7 pending withdrawal and received not even a one.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged delay in verifying my documents, which has resulted in my withdrawals being blocked.

I submitted all the requested documents for verification 30 days ago, but I have still not received any proper response or resolution from the casino’s document verification team.

Whenever I contact customer support, I only receive the same copied-and-pasted response telling me to upload the documents again. I have followed their instructions multiple times and have submitted and sent all the required documents to the email addresses provided by their support team. Despite this, my verification remains unresolved and my withdrawals are still blocked.

It has now been 30 days, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait without receiving a clear explanation or meaningful update. I have cooperated fully with the verification process and provided all the documents and proofs requested from me.

I am attaching/submitting all relevant evidence to this complaint, including my communications and proof of document submission.

I respectfully request the AskGamblers team to review my case and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and requesting that they properly review my documents, complete the verification process, and restore my ability to withdraw my funds.

​I am submitting this complaint regarding my withdrawal amount not being credited to my bank account.

On 5th september 2026, I placed two separate withdrawal requests amount of ₹35000 and ₹15000.

​Transaction ID 1: 528026347 Amount(35000), successfully credited. I have received split amount of ₹15000+₹8000+₹12000 respectively.

​Transaction ID 2: 528026402 Amount(15000) (Status marked as Successful but funds never reached my bank account)

​Although the system marks Transaction 528026402 as "Successful," the funds have not been credited to my bank account. As of today (19th September), it has been 14 calendar days (and 9 full working days excluding the weekend), exceeding Dafabet's processing timeline.

I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I keep getting generic automated response like follow-up has been made with our payment provide for confirmation or proof of transfer (such as a valid UTR number for bank tracing).

It has already been 15 days; how many more days do I have to wait, sir.

​I urge Dafabet to either provide a valid UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number so my bank can trace the missing transfer, OR immediately refund/credit the missing ₹15,000 INR back to my source Dafabet account so I can re-initiate or manage my funds.

​I have my bank statements ready to prove that the funds for Transaction 528026402 were never received.

I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding the extremely delayed account verification process.

More than a week ago, I submitted all the required verification documents requested by Dafabet. Their support team informed me that the verification process would be completed within approximately 12 hours. However, the promised timeframe has passed significantly, and my account is still pending verification.

I currently have around 400000 INR in my account, and despite repeatedly contacting customer support, I am not receiving any proper update or resolution. The support team keeps delaying the matter further instead of providing a clear timeline or genuine assistance.

I have fully cooperated and submitted every document requested from my side, yet there has been no progress for more than a week. I uploaded my documents in my account page and send it in mail also every time, they take time and again asking for uploading documents already 4 times I uploaded my documents. This delay is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help escalate this matter so that Dafabet completes my account verification as soon as possible.

And I've already sent the deposit screenshot and even confirmed it on the blockchain.

As everyone knows, crypto is instant and can even be traced, whether successful or not, within minutes. Yet Dafabet never checked, and now they gave me a ticket that my withdrawal of 10000.

I've submitted the payment screenshot and told them about the deposit, and after 30 hours they sent me that they're checking about withdraw.
