Dear sir,

I placed a deposit of INR 1300 in Casino sports in Dafabet through UPi Slice savings account, which was successful and the amount was debited, but the funds were not added to the casino, and it shows failed. I don't know the reason why you're doing it like I nearly mailed 3 times with the proof, still you're asking for the real one. Detailed information about the deposit is as follows please read this. And do the needful as soon as possible. I have so much trust on Dafabet don't lose this.

We have thoroughly checked and found that the transaction amount of 1,300 has been successfully credited to Jai Bhawani Snack Ce on 24/03/26, and the transaction remains successful and settled.

We request you to check Jai Bhawani Snack Ce’s bank statement for credit clarification. This is the reply was given by my bank from which I make deposit transaction. 96 hours over still no reply .

Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹258,000 (INR).

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
