Deposit concern long delay still not credited

I made 4 deposit requests on 02 November 2025, 04 November 2025, 23 December 2025 and 27 December2025. The amount was INR 10,000, INR 20,000, INR 20,000 and INR 7,000 via UPI payment method. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account but on dafabet payment page, my payment is showing as pending and failed. I have already uploaded the payment screenshot on dafabet payment page and waited for my deposit to get credited but even after waiting for more a month my money hasn't been credited. I contacted my bank and they have told me that the transaction was successful from my end and there is the issue with dafabet payment. I have already sent multiple mails but I haven't received any satisfactory response from dafabet. I am attaching all the screenshots of the transaction as well as the screenshot of the emails which I sent to dafabet. I request dafabet and askgambler's team to look into my issue and do the needful.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
Exploring legal remedies to recover my funds if 3.necessary.
