Deposit and Withdrawal not credited and no response

I am filing a complaint against Dafabet regarding a withdrawal for 25,000.00 INR that has been marked as "Successful" in their system but has never reached my bank account.

Amount: 25,000.00 INR

Method: Local Bank Transfer

As shown in Screenshot 2026-05-13 064425.png, the status of this transaction is "Successful" on the Dafabet platform. However, the funds have not been credited to my account at Saraswat Co-operative Bank Ltd.

I am providing my official bank statement (files 386218­100­000­025­_11­052­026­_26­051­1_1­318­54_­260­511­_13­262­1_1.jpg and 386218­100­000­025­_11­052­026­_26­051­1_1­318­54_­260­511­_13­262­1_2.jpg). These documents clearly show that no such credit of 25,000.00 INR was received.

I request that Dafabet provide a valid UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number or a detailed proof of payment so my bank can trace the funds. If the payment failed, I request the funds be returned to my casino balance immediately.


I am also writing to report an issue with a deposit made to Dafa Sports on May 11, 2026. I initiated a deposit of ₹5,000.00 at 04:52:54 PM, which currently shows as "Pending" in my transaction history.

Despite the funds being successfully debited from my bank account via Paytm, they have not yet been credited to my casino balance. I have waited over 48 hours, and the status remains unchanged.

This is my official Paytm payment confirmation showing a successful transfer of ₹4,999.79 (UPI Ref No: 205909895504) to the designated UPI ID (koric­ons­tru­cti­on7­200­4@u­pgr­ami­nbank) at 04:53 PM on the same day.

I request that Dafa Sports investigate this delay and credit the missing funds to my account immediately.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
