I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet Sports account (Username: SREEDHARMISHRA1).

I have four successful deposit transactions that were debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Dafabet account, along with one withdrawal request that has remained pending. These issues have been unresolved for more than six months, despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets.

I have already provided all the required information to Dafa Sports multiple times, including bank statements, transaction screenshots, and email correspondence. However, I have not received a meaningful response or resolution.

Dear Dafa Sports Support Team,

I would like to provide a further update regarding my pending deposit transactions.

I have independently contacted the beneficiary banks and verified the respective UTR numbers and transaction details. The banks have confirmed that the relevant amounts were successfully credited to the beneficiary accounts.

I was also informed that some of the beneficiary accounts were frozen by local police authorities due to suspected fraudulent transactions. As a result, the accounts were not operational and transactions could not be carried out from those accounts. However, I was informed that the amounts in question had already been credited/settled into the beneficiary accounts before the accounts were frozen.

I also attempted to request a reversal/refund through my bank, but the reversal could not be processed because the amounts had already been credited to the beneficiary accounts.

Therefore, I respectfully request Dafa Sports to contact the respective beneficiary bank branches directly and verify the transactions using the UTR numbers, rather than relying solely on information provided by the payment provider.

Direct verification with the beneficiary banks would provide an independent confirmation of the actual transaction status and help resolve any discrepancy between the payment provider’s records and the beneficiary bank’s records.

I have already provided your team with the bank statements, UTR numbers, UPI IDs, transaction IDs, beneficiary account details, and payment screenshots.

I sincerely request Dafa Sports to review the case once again based on this information and settle/credit my pending deposit amount to my Dafa Sports account.

I have fully cooperated throughout this investigation and have patiently provided all requested evidence. I would greatly appreciate your support in bringing this matter to a final resolution.

Dear DafaSports Team,

I would like to provide another important update regarding my complaint.

As part of my own investigation, I contacted the Indian Overseas Bank, Sasan Sahi (Debagarh) Branch, where the beneficiary account “Soumya Hardware Store” is maintained.

The Branch Manager informed me that:

* The beneficiary account has been frozen by the Indian Police authorities due to suspected fraudulent transactions.

* They also informed me that my transaction amount was received in the beneficiary account before the account was frozen.

Based on this information, I kindly request Dafa Sports to directly contact the branch and verify my transaction details with the bank. Since the beneficiary account is currently frozen, it is possible that this may be the reason why their payment partner is unable to verify or reconcile my payment.

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

I kindly request your assistance regarding my 100,000 INR withdrawal from Dafabet Casino, which has not been credited to my bank account since 14/09/2026, despite being marked as successful.

Dafabet confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed and provided the above UTR for tracking. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account.

I contacted my bank regarding the UTR, and they informed me that UTR 759034711057 could not be traced in their system.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could provide a clear update regarding the payment and UTR, or resolve the withdrawal if the funds were not successfully received by my bank.

I'm also attaching my bank statement with this complaint for verification. The statement covers the relevant period and confirms that the 100,000 INR withdrawal has not been credited to my account.

I have lost access to my old email account and wanted to change email id in my acount. I contacted dafabet 10 days ago and completed the verification and documentation process n accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. But it's been 10 days they are still verifying and not updating the email id. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my account and funds.

Withdrawal not received even after ac being fully verified

Hi my acc is fully verified and everything is fine but still am not able to receive any of my withdrawals, I am waiting since 25 august. They keep declining my withdrawal without any reason and even the latest withdrawals made on 10 th september got declined on 17 th sep which was the last date.

And if ask on chat or email they say its under review, it took so long time. I have 7 pending withdrawal and received not even a one.

Withdrawals Blocked Due to Unresolved Document Verification

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged delay in verifying my documents, which has resulted in my withdrawals being blocked.

I submitted all the requested documents for verification 30 days ago, but I have still not received any proper response or resolution from the casino’s document verification team.

Whenever I contact customer support, I only receive the same copied-and-pasted response telling me to upload the documents again. I have followed their instructions multiple times and have submitted and sent all the required documents to the email addresses provided by their support team. Despite this, my verification remains unresolved and my withdrawals are still blocked.

It has now been 30 days, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait without receiving a clear explanation or meaningful update. I have cooperated fully with the verification process and provided all the documents and proofs requested from me.

I am attaching/submitting all relevant evidence to this complaint, including my communications and proof of document submission.

I respectfully request the AskGamblers team to review my case and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and requesting that they properly review my documents, complete the verification process, and restore my ability to withdraw my funds.
