, I made a deposit of 2003 rupees on the 5th of July it's been 2 days now and my deposit has never been processed I spoke to various customer representatives and no one was able to help me. this is the worst website I have ever dealt with. This site should be banned. Even my friend face the same issue they have taken 5000 rupees from him and never refund that

After investigation, it was found that due to a system failure, the complainants deposit of 2003 rupees on the 5th of July unfortunately got delayed. However, we can confirm that this deposit finally completed processing on 7th July and the said funds have already been credited.

We consider this matter closed.

13400 INR deposited but still pending and not credited to wallet

I am filing this complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

Both transactions were successfully processed by my bank, and the funds were deducted from my account. However, the amounts have not been credited to my gaming wallet.

Furthermore, the cashier page still shows both transactions as Pending, even after several days. The funds are neither available in my wallet nor returned to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support and live chat multiple times, but they continue to provide the same standard response without giving any clear explanation, update, or resolution timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

As of today, a total amount of ₹13,400 is being withheld, and I have received no meaningful assistance from the casino.

The transaction in question is a deposit of $15, which I initiated with the expectation that it would be credited to my Dafabet casino balance instantly, as per your standard terms and conditions. However, upon completing the transaction, I noticed that while the $15 was immediately deducted from my wallet, my Dafabet account balance remained unchanged.
