I have raised a query in live chat, and they give the same automated answers every time by saying we are yet to secure the amount.

After entering utr, it showed me a merchant error. Payment is pending. Please wait

This Dafabet India doesn't have any social media platforms and in Twitter ( x) they turn off comments and people can't reply to them because people will expose their scams.
By the way if you are not willing to give me bank statement of your payment partner, then provide me your license commission Gmail or your legal representatives contact , iam not going to spare you for this theft of my 2300 money.
On Day 1 I posted I fear that they will say we didn't received funds and exactly after waiting 34 days, they did same thing.

I have contacted my bank and my bank said they can't refund for a successful transaction. Funds have been received by your payment partner bank.

Now you( dafabet team) can't say simply come and say funds have been not received after 34 days.
Stop stealing our funds by saying funds are not received. Did the funds vanish somewhere.
Now I need evidence( proofs) . Submit the payment partner bank account statement from 02/02/2026 in PDF.
This is completely cunning drama running by dafabet team and stealing public deposit.
We don't have access to payment partner bank account and why should we believe your words. Now submit the bank statement.

Asked for verification but error is coming while uploading the documents

I was told to send my documents for account verification. I already verified my account but still dafabet asked me to verify my account. So in order to verify my account, I was told to submit my documents in my account section. While I was uploading my documents, an error was keep on coming. I mailed them this issue but I am keep getting the bot reply that upload it in account section. I mailed dafabet my documents multiple times but still getting the same response.
I have attached screenshots and want dafabet to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I am raising this complaint regarding a withdrawal of 5,300 IN from my Dafabet account (Dafasports division) that has not been credited to my bank account.

I have reached out to Dafabet customer support multiple times and escalated the issue via email, but 1 keep receiving generic responses without being provided a valid Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number or external bank clearance receipt that my bank needs to track the funds.

Kindly mediate this issue and help me compel Dafabet to either provide a valid UTR tracking number so my bank can locate the funds, or reverse the 5,300 INR back into my gaming account balance.

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet for declining my withdrawal despite submitting the requested verification documents.

Dafabet asked me to provide the front and back of my Aadhaar card, along with photographs of myself holding the front and back of the card. I attempted to upload these documents through my account, but the upload section was showing an error. I immediately informed Dafabet about this issue and emailed all the requested documents to [email protected] on the very same day they requested them.

Despite submitting the documents and following up with their team, my withdrawal request was declined. I have now submitted two new withdrawal requests, but I am concerned about further delays despite having already complied with their verification requirements.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and help me get my withdrawal processed. I have cooperated with Dafabet’s verification process and provided the requested documents through email when their website’s upload functionality was not working.

My expectation is that Dafabet processes my new withdrawal requests without further unnecessary delays. I am seeking the release of my funds, not another prolonged verification process for documents I have already submitted.

Hello AskGamblers!

I registered on Dafabet India in June of this year. I started playing at the end of August. I played fairly. I made deposits totaling over 650,000 INR!!! At one point, a lot of bets came in and my balance was 2,753,000 INR. I placed a withdrawal request. It was pending for a few days, then it was cancelled, and my verification process began!

They asked me for photos, which I provided immediately. The first verification lasted a week. No one said anything until I wrote in the chat. They asked me for new photos, which I provided. Then the verification process took even longer, I wrote in the chat, and they said the verification was still in progress.

Then they asked for photos a third time, which I provided again.

Now they have asked me for photos for the fourth time, under the pretext that the photos are blurry, although everything is perfectly clear in them! And this time they need to be uploaded not on the website, but sent by email. Which I did again! Verification has been going on for over a month!!!
