I have made a deposit of 15000 INR on 25th August 2025 at 7:36 PM IST with transaction ID in Dafabet is 459355545.
I followed up with the Dafabet team on this matter, but nothing has worked, and it's been 1 week now.
I request that you help resolve my request. Here cashier page shows deposit pending, but the amount has been debited from my bank account, but hasn't yet been credited to my Dafabet account.
I have attached the payment screenshot as a reference. I already spoke to Dafabet customer care service many times, but there has been no resolution yet

Thank you for your response. I had followed up with the customer support team after 2 or 3 days of making the deposit, and continued to follow up for about five days. Although it has been more than 12 days since the deposit was made. The issue is that the payment of 15,000 INR was successfully debited from my bank account, but in Google Pay the status showed as ‘processing’ while awaiting confirmation from the receiver’s bank. After about 24 hours, the status was updated to ‘completed’; however, the amount of 15,000 INR has still not been credited to my dafabet account despite being deducted from my bank account. Please note, the payment was made via Google Pay UPI.
