Today, when I attempted to redeposit, I noticed the same UPI ID (and associated UTR) from my previous transaction was listed. However, entering those details shows "UTR already used."

This confirms your payment partner has the UTR in their system but has failed to settle the deposit. What kind of customer support is this?

I demand immediate action: Contact your payment partner right away, verify the transaction, and credit my account without further delay. Failure to resolve this promptly will mean I can no longer trust Dafabet, as it feels like potential fraud.

I am filing this complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my gaming wallet.

I have contacted customer support and live chat multiple times, but they continue to provide the same standard response without giving any clear explanation, update, or resolution timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

As of today, a total amount of ₹13,400 is being withheld, and I have received no meaningful assistance from the casino.
