I have deposited 10000 in dafabet but not credited to my account. I also submitted screenshot of the successful transaction for the follow up, but no use. I am also attaching the screenshotsof successful transaction with utr number. Please check and add the money

I have withdrawn Rs 70000 on 21st April, The withdrawal was successfully processed but not credited to my bank account, 4 working days were already completed still I didn't get any funds to my bank account, I tried contacting customer service they repeatedly sending same message, please recheck with payment partners and please credit the amount to my bank account please...

Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
