Deposit amount of 10000 INR is not credited to wallet

I have deposited an amount of 10000 rupees on 24th July 2025.

Transaction ID - 452997740

It's been over 4 days, and the amount has not been reflected on my Dafabet account.

Despite being deposited. It's showing as failed in a system.

I am attaching the pics for further reference.

Please make sure to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
