I have not received the deposit amount even after 3 days for amount 20000 Rs which was made on 29/03/2025 11:13 PM. Customer support says we are yet to secure the amount say the same thing multiple times and couldn't help to resolve the issue.
The payment was made through paytm app with UPI id : 8971893031@pthdfc.
