I have deposited 3000 INR in dafabet sports on 16/01/2026 at 01:19 PM IST and money got deducted from my end via UPI to their Vendor/Partner and they have given Umar farooq UPI details to transfer the amount which I did successfully, but the amount has not been credited to my dafa account.

I have deposited 1000 INR in dafabet sports on 25/11/2025 at 01:34 PM IST and money got deducted from my end via UPI to their Vendor/Partner and they have given Sinan A K UPI details to transfer the amount which I did successfully, but the amount has not been credited to my dafa account.

I have shared my bank statement and UTR details as well to them and they are sending same format of emails stating that " We are yet to secure the amount and checking with payments team" but it's not getting resolved at all. They have very poor customer support, where they simply update the same text in their group and cannot contact their payments team to resolve this issue. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Deposit of 10K INR not credited to the casino wallet

I am writing to report a deposit of rupees 10k not deposited to the casino wallet.

On 11/06/2026, I made a separate deposit of 10,000 INR. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, but the Dafabet cashier page continues to show the status as "in progress," and the money has not been added to my wallet. I have already attempted to resolve this through standard customer support channels without success.

Withdrawal disabled Error Code 310

First dafabet placed a bet limit on my account which is already fully verified account. Then I decided that I don't need to have higher balance in my account because of the bet limits and therefore I was trying to make a withdrawal but I received a message that some error occurred with code 310. Upon checking my withdrawal history it shows that withdrawal was disabled. Contacted their live chat helpline but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Therefore I request that my withdrawals be enabled so that I can get back my funds.

Withdrawal is taking too much time and account verification is delayed

My Dafabet withdrawal has been pending since 23rd July 2026. The total stuck amount is 470000 INR

They asked me to upload account verification documents, which I did on 23rd July itself, but still more than 48 hours have passed; it's showing under review only.

Their time frame for checking documents is 48 hours, and I waited that time, and after that I am contacting the AskGamblers team to help out me in this matter.

I would like to tell you that I am a silver vip level customer, but still I am facing this issue, so AskGamblers team, please intervene here and help me get my account verified and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
