Dear Support Team & Management,

I am writing this in response to your recent emails regarding the arbitrary confiscation of my withdrawal request of INR 100,000.00 (processed/blocked on 2026-04-09 21:48:41 IST).

I strongly reject your decision to seize my funds under the vague pretext of "management decision" and "internal procedures." Merely citing internal policies without providing concrete evidence, specific logs, or exact clause violations is completely unacceptable and constitutes an unfair business practice.

Please be advised of the following:

Demand for Evidence: I demand a formal written explanation specifying the exact Terms of Service clause I am accused of violating, along with audit logs and evidence supporting your claim within 48 hours.

Regulatory Escalation: If my funds are not released or a valid proof of violation is not provided within 48 hours, I will formally lodge an official complaint against your platform with the

I have strictly adhered to all platform rules and operated in good faith. I expect an immediate re-evaluation of my account and the prompt release of my INR 100,000.00.

Failure to respond with a satisfactory resolution will force me to proceed with all legal and regulatory actions mentioned above without further notice.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹3,10,000 (INR).

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side.

Thank you for your support.

Hi @dafabet team

I withdrew Rs 40000 on 8th September.

It was successful but has not been credited to my bank account yet.

I tried to contact customer support, but there has not been much response from them, so I am contacting you here to resolve my issue.

Please understand my issue, recheck with the payment partners, and please credit the amount to my account

To the AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:

On 09 21, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."

Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."

As of today, 09 28, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.

My Position:

I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.

Desired Outcome:

I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.

I have attached screenshots of my account balance, the rejected transaction history, and my conversations with their support team as evidence.

Thank you for your assistance in mediating this matter.

Regards,

Hello to the AskGamblers team!

I am asking for your help.

I made two deposits of 1,000 USDT (total amount: 2,000 USDT) into my account, but the funds never arrived.

I contacted support but received no assistance; they keep asking for the same information over and over, yet the money still hasn't been credited to my account.

It has already been two days. I am attaching the transaction hashes showing the transfer to Dafabet; I funded my account via the provider GDPay Digital USDT.
