Deposit amount 130000 INR not credited

Hi Team,

My deposit of 1366 USDT is pending for 5 days.

I made a crypto deposit and I shared the deposit slip and hash to support team and also uploaded the same in their cashier page. But each time I ask them the status they simply send bot replies asking to upload the same.

It's been 5 days and funds have not been credited to my account.

I have been trying to complete my account verification and withdraw my funds since July 16, 2026.

When I made my first withdrawal attempt on July 16, I was asked to complete verification. I submitted the requested documents, including the front and back of my ID and a selfie with my ID.

Despite submitting everything requested, my verification remained pending until August 1 and my withdrawal attempts were declined. I was then asked to provide additional verification documents. I complied again and submitted the front and back of my Aadhaar card together with the requested selfie.

After waiting another 6–7 days, the verification was still not completed and I was asked for the same documents again. I have repeatedly complied with the verification requests, but the process keeps restarting instead of being completed.

Dafabet's notification states that document review and validation may take up to 72 hours. However, I have been trying to complete this verification since July 16, and today is August 7. More than three weeks have passed since the process started.

My transaction history also shows several declined withdrawal attempts during this period. My current balance is INR 104,200, and I am unable to successfully withdraw my funds because the verification process remains unresolved.

I am fully willing to complete any legitimate verification requirement, but I have already submitted the requested documents multiple times. I would like Dafabet to complete the verification without further unnecessary delays and allow me to withdraw my funds.

I have attached screenshots showing my withdrawal history, the "Documents under review" status, and Dafabet's notification stating that document review may take up to 72 hours.

Dafabet has successfully processed a withdrawal of 50000 inr to my bank, but there is no credit in my bank statement. I have checked with my bank manager, and I have uploaded all of my bank statements. There is no credit at all. It's been a month and I am losing hope. I didn't expect this from Dafabet.

I made a withdrawal of 25000 inr on 23/06/2025. It is showing as successful in dafabet history, but it has not been credited to my bank yet and I am attaching the withdrawal screenshot.

I deposited INR 50,000 on 9 July 2026.

I requested my first withdrawal on 10 July 2026. After that, Dafabet requested KYC documents, which I submitted immediately.

Around 24 July 2026, Dafabet requested additional identity documents again. I provided the requested documents without delay.

Despite submitting all requested documents, my withdrawals have repeatedly been declined or kept pending for almost one month.

I have fully cooperated with every verification request, yet my account has still not been verified and my withdrawal has not been processed.

The attached evidence includes my deposit and withdrawal history showing the repeatedly declined withdrawals and the current pending withdrawal.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to contact Dafabet and ask them to complete my verification, process my withdrawal immediately, or provide a clear explanation for this prolonged delay.

I withdrew Rs 60000 on 1st August. The withdrawal was successfully processed but not credited to my bank account. Already 4 working days finished still amount not credited to my bank account. Please check with the payment partners and please credit the amount to my bank account.

I submitted my verification documents to Dafabet on July 31 and was told that the review would be completed within 72 hours. It has now been more than one week, but my verification status still shows “Documents under review.”

I have contacted Dafabet several times by email and live chat. Their support agents have only told me to keep waiting, without providing any meaningful update or a clear completion time.

My withdrawal has now also been rejected because the verification remains unresolved. I have complied with Dafabet’s verification requirements, but the review has taken far longer than the promised 72 hours, preventing me from accessing my funds.

I am asking Dafabet to resolve this issue immediately by completing my account verification and processing my withdrawal without any further delay.
