Deposit 37500 INR not credited

Hello Team,

I made 2 transactions for the deposits into my Dafasports wallet on 24th August. It's been more than a month, and I haven't received the money. Below are the transaction details.

Waiting for more than a month just for a deposit is not an easy thing

Username - JAGAN3960

Transaction ID- 459005243 amount - 16000 INR

Transaction ID- 459003999 amount - 21500 INR

Total amount is 37500

I am adding the screenshots from the cashier page

After sending multiple emails with the bank statement and the recorded video to the customer support, I got a reply on 19th September saying that 21500 INR will be refunded, but I haven't received that amount yet

And for the 16000 INR, the support agent is saying that they have yet to receive the amount from the payment partner, and if you are saying this, that means that is not my issue, you gave me the QR code to pay, and I paid that amount

It's your duty to secure that money and not mine, so I request you to do your work, but please add money to my Dafa wallet ASAP

I am also adding the successful payment screenshots.

This funds was not received on the 3rd party's end. If the amount is deducted from your bank account, please follow up with the bank for refund.

Dear Dafabet Support Team,

I have checked with my bank regarding the transaction in question, and they have confirmed that the transaction was successful and the amount was credited to the recipient. They also mentioned that they cannot initiate a refund as the funds have been successfully transferred.

Please note that both of my transactions—₹16,000 and ₹21,500—were sent to the same UPI ID (your third-party payment partner). Since you were able to confirm receipt of the ₹16,000, I kindly request that you check with the same payment partner or merchant regarding the ₹21,500 transaction as well.

For reference, the UPI transaction ID for the ₹21,500 payment is **118178282365**.

I have attached screenshots of both transactions for your verification. You will be able to see that both payments were made to the same UPI ID, just at different times.

If you require further proof, such as my bank statement to verify that the ₹21,500 was not refunded back to my account, I would be happy to provide it.

I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue and look forward to your response.
