Deposit 20000 not credited

am submitting this issue with Dafabet because my deposit issue has remained unresolved despite their acknowledgment.

I made a ₹20,000 deposit, but the amount was debited from my account and has still not been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

On 12 May, Dafabet confirmed via email that they had received my deposit follow-up request for Transaction ID: 505410481 and generated Ticket #869637. They informed me that their Payment Customer Support team was reviewing the transaction and that the funds would be credited once the review was completed.

However, despite this confirmation, my ₹20,000 is still missing, and I have not received any meaningful update or resolution. I have patiently waited and fully cooperated with their support team, but the issue remains unresolved.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in resolving this matter by ensuring that Dafabet either credits my ₹20,000 deposit to my gaming wallet or refunds it to my original payment method without any further delay.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:
