Delaying veriifcation and withdrawal since 7 days

I made a withdrawal of Rs 10000 on 13/09/2026, but the money has still not been credited to my account.

I am attaching my statement for the last three months up to today.

It is showing as successful, and you have given a UTR, but I am sure that the UTR is for a failed transaction because my Airtel Payments Bank account was put under UPI restrictions.

Please look into this matter and reverse the amount to my Dafabet wallet.

Documents were requested by Dafabet to process my withdrawals.

I have already provided my documents on 10th of September, and it's still pending.

I have followed up multiple times with the Dafabet support team and have not heard.

Hi my acc is fully verified and everything is fine but still am not able to receive any of my withdrawals, I am waiting since 25 august. They keep declining my withdrawal without any reason and even the latest withdrawals made on 10 th september got declined on 17 th sep which was the last date.

And if ask on chat or email they say its under review, it took so long time. I have 7 pending withdrawal and received not even a one.

I have kept deposit of amount 40436 but followed up long time but not credited. This transaction happened on April 19th 2026.

Kindly help to solve this. I sent multiple emails but they didnot helped. Too many mails and chat i did not solution.

Please let me know if anymore information required from my end. I checked with bank and they confirmed transaction success at that time.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged delay in verifying my documents, which has resulted in my withdrawals being blocked.

I submitted all the requested documents for verification 30 days ago, but I have still not received any proper response or resolution from the casino’s document verification team.

Whenever I contact customer support, I only receive the same copied-and-pasted response telling me to upload the documents again. I have followed their instructions multiple times and have submitted and sent all the required documents to the email addresses provided by their support team. Despite this, my verification remains unresolved and my withdrawals are still blocked.

It has now been 30 days, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait without receiving a clear explanation or meaningful update. I have cooperated fully with the verification process and provided all the documents and proofs requested from me.

I am attaching/submitting all relevant evidence to this complaint, including my communications and proof of document submission.

I respectfully request the AskGamblers team to review my case and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and requesting that they properly review my documents, complete the verification process, and restore my ability to withdraw my funds.

Hello!

On September 16, I made a deposit of 80,000 INR. The funds did not reach my account. I contacted customer support; they asked for a screenshot confirming the deposit, and I provided it.

They then informed me that they would return the funds to my wallet and asked for my wallet number, which I also provided.

Four days have passed, yet my money has neither been returned to me nor credited to my account! Customer support is no longer willing to resolve the issue and simply keeps asking me to repeat the same steps.

I am asking the AskGamblers team to help me get my money back.

​I am submitting this complaint regarding my withdrawal amount not being credited to my bank account.

On 5th september 2026, I placed two separate withdrawal requests amount of ₹35000 and ₹15000.

​Transaction ID 1: 528026347 Amount(35000), successfully credited. I have received split amount of ₹15000+₹8000+₹12000 respectively.

​Transaction ID 2: 528026402 Amount(15000) (Status marked as Successful but funds never reached my bank account)

​Although the system marks Transaction 528026402 as "Successful," the funds have not been credited to my bank account. As of today (19th September), it has been 14 calendar days (and 9 full working days excluding the weekend), exceeding Dafabet's processing timeline.

I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I keep getting generic automated response like follow-up has been made with our payment provide for confirmation or proof of transfer (such as a valid UTR number for bank tracing).

It has already been 15 days; how many more days do I have to wait, sir.

​I urge Dafabet to either provide a valid UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number so my bank can trace the missing transfer, OR immediately refund/credit the missing ₹15,000 INR back to my source Dafabet account so I can re-initiate or manage my funds.

​I have my bank statements ready to prove that the funds for Transaction 528026402 were never received.

I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.
