Delayed withdrawal of INR 950000 and unacceptable behavior

Dear Dafabet Support Team,

I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my withdrawal request amounting to INR 9,50,000. Despite fulfilling all verification requirements and providing all requested documents promptly, my withdrawal has still not been processed, and I am now being asked to repeat the same steps again.

Details of the Issue:

1. Upon initiating the withdrawal, I was asked to submit my PAN Card, a selfie with my PAN Card, and proof of address, which I promptly provided.

2. The submitted documents were approved both on the website’s document section and via email, as confirmed by your customer support team (attached proofs).

3. Despite this, after 2-3 days of unnecessary back-and-forth communication, my withdrawal has not been processed. To make matters worse, I am now being asked to resubmit the same documents from the start.

My Concerns:

This behavior from Dafabet is completely unacceptable. It not only reflects poorly on your platform’s professionalism but also feels like an intentional attempt to delay my rightful withdrawal. The amount in question is of utmost importance to me, and this needless stalling is causing significant stress and inconvenience.

My Demands:

I demand that Dafabet:

1. Process my withdrawal immediately** without any further hindrance.

2. Cease repetitive and unnecessary requests for documents that have already been approved.

3. Provide a clear explanation for this mishandling of my withdrawal request.

I have trusted Dafabet as a reputable platform, but this experience is seriously damaging that trust. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to relevant regulatory authorities and consumer grievance platforms.

I have now once again submitted documents as they asked but hopes of my getting what's owed to me is dwindling by the hour. The money that's stuck in the account is substantial and it could go a long way in helping me and my family in this difficult economic situation.

I expect an urgent resolution to this matter and look forward to receiving my funds without any further delays.

I can now confirm that I have received the entire amount I was owed from Dafabet.

Dear @ASKGAMBLERS please go ahead and close the thread marked as resolved and if possible give dafabet extra rating from my end.

Because the amount in question was pretty high but the Dafabet representative managed to resolve the verification issue and disburse the amount within a few hours of posting the thread.

That is pretty amazing on their end, I applaud their efforts.
