Delayed verification and unprocessed withdrawal

The total amount in dispute is INR 194,564.

I deposited INR 105,628.50 into my Dafabet account and used the account normally. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was required to complete verification. I submitted the requested verification documents, but my documents have remained under review, and my withdrawals have repeatedly been declined.

I have now made four withdrawal attempts:

26 July 2026 - Transaction ID 523506393 - INR 194,564 - Declined

Despite these repeated attempts, I have not been able to withdraw any of my funds. My current account balance is INR 194,564, and Dafabet still shows my verification documents as under review.

I have cooperated with the verification process, and I am willing to provide any legitimate additional documentation if required. However, I would like Dafabet to complete the verification process without further unnecessary delay and allow me to withdraw my INR 194,564 balance.

I deposited INR 40,000 into my Dafabet account on 18 July 2026 and played normally. My current balance and the total amount I am trying to withdraw are INR 73,340.

After I made my first withdrawal request, it was declined, and I was asked to complete verification. I submitted the requested verification documents, but my documents have remained under review, and I still cannot withdraw my balance.

I have made three withdrawal attempts for the same INR 73,340 balance:

I have complied with the verification request, and I am willing to provide any legitimate additional documents if necessary. I would like Dafabet to complete my verification and allow me to withdraw my INR 73,340 balance.

I have attached screenshots showing my deposit and withdrawal history, including the transaction IDs and declined withdrawals, as well as the current Documents under review status.

I deposited INR 98,623.15 into my Dafabet account on 16 July 2026 and started playing normally. My current disputed balance is INR 105,623.15.

When I made my first withdrawal request on 17 July, Dafabet requested verification documents. I submitted the requested documents immediately, but my verification has still not been completed. The Documents section continues to show that my documents are under review.

Since then, I have tried to withdraw my funds several times. Every withdrawal has been declined:

I deposited INR 68,500 into my Dafabet account on 16 July 2026 and played normally. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, Dafabet requested identity verification documents.

I submitted the requested KYC documents on 17 July 2026. However, my documents have still not been approved and my account continues to show “Documents under review.”

Because the verification has remained unresolved, I have been unable to successfully withdraw my funds. I have made several withdrawal attempts:

The latest INR 100,000 withdrawal is still pending, while the remaining INR 72,783 is still shown in my account balance. Therefore, the total amount currently disputed is INR 172,783.

I have been waiting since 17 July for my verification to be completed. Despite providing the requested documents, my KYC remains under review, and my previous withdrawal requests have repeatedly been declined.

I am willing to provide any legitimate additional verification documents Dafabet requires. I respectfully ask Dafabet to complete my KYC verification without further unnecessary delay and process my withdrawal so that I can receive my INR 172,783 balance.

I would like to raise a complaint against Dafabet regarding my account ANURAG43AG.

My document verification has been pending for over 7 days, despite submitting the required documents. Additionally, my withdrawal of ₹14,280 (Transaction ID: 524368887) made on 02/08/2026 at 09:31:01 AM has been declined.

My current account balance is ₹366,750.18, and I am unable to access my funds properly due to these unresolved issues.

I request that AskGamblers look into this matter and help me get a clear explanation from Dafabet regarding the delayed verification and declined withdrawal.

I have been trying to complete my account verification and withdraw my funds since July 16, 2026.

When I made my first withdrawal attempt on July 16, I was asked to complete verification. I submitted the requested documents, including the front and back of my ID and a selfie with my ID.

Despite submitting everything requested, my verification remained pending until August 1 and my withdrawal attempts were declined. I was then asked to provide additional verification documents. I complied again and submitted the front and back of my Aadhaar card together with the requested selfie.

After waiting another 6–7 days, the verification was still not completed and I was asked for the same documents again. I have repeatedly complied with the verification requests, but the process keeps restarting instead of being completed.

Dafabet's notification states that document review and validation may take up to 72 hours. However, I have been trying to complete this verification since July 16, and today is August 7. More than three weeks have passed since the process started.

My transaction history also shows several declined withdrawal attempts during this period. My current balance is INR 104,200, and I am unable to successfully withdraw my funds because the verification process remains unresolved.

I am fully willing to complete any legitimate verification requirement, but I have already submitted the requested documents multiple times. I would like Dafabet to complete the verification without further unnecessary delays and allow me to withdraw my funds.
