Delayed refund for the account created as a minor

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unresolved issue involving underage gambling on Dafabet's platform.

In over year ago, while I was still underage, I created and used an account on their site. Upon realizing the breach of age restrictions, the casino closed my account and acknowledged their responsibility by agreeing to refund the lost funds. However, despite this agreement, I have yet to receive the refund, and it has now been over a year since the issue was first addressed.

Over this period, I have made multiple attempts to contact the casino through various channels, but they have stopped responding entirely. This lack of communication and failure to follow through on their commitment is extremely frustrating and concerning.

Given that the initial breach involved a violation of responsible gambling regulations — allowing an underage individual to gamble — I believe it is only fair and lawful that the funds be returned promptly, as previously agreed.

I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if you require any additional information, including correspondence history, screenshots, or ID verification.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
