I'm a valuable customer of Dafabet. My account has been verified for 15 months.
Since I have it, I have never got issue with payments, but on 29/01/2026 i created a withdrawal amount of 20,878, and 2 days later payment was declined, and the balance was not re-added to my Dafabet wallet; it is showing 0 balance there.
Then I went dafabet live chat. I told them about the issue, they said we're looking into it, and your payment will be received.
Now it's been 15 days of waiting. Today, on 14/02/2026 did a live chat, but they did not properly answer after I told them about clearing my payment that had been declined, and the balance was not showing in my Dafabet wallet.
They simply told me to create a new withdrawal request and close my chat.
Kindly resolve my payment.
