Delayed payment 3000 INR

And 3 days ago, I deposited 10000 in USDT ERC20

And I've already sent the deposit screenshot and even confirmed it on the blockchain.

As everyone knows, crypto is instant and can even be traced, whether successful or not, within minutes. Yet Dafabet never checked, and now they gave me a ticket that my withdrawal of 10000.

I've submitted the payment screenshot and told them about the deposit, and after 30 hours they sent me that they're checking about withdraw.

AskGamblers, please help me get my money.

I want to file a complaint against dafabet casino for not crediting my three deposits of 20000 INR made on 13/08/2026, 20000 INR made on 04/09/2026 and 10000 INR made on 27/08/2026.

After multiple follow ups with the support team, they said deposit has not been received by them even after sending them the proofs of all the successful transactions. They are giving same generic response one after the another.

It has been almost more than 15 days since the deposits were made which is much more than the time frames mentioned in their terms and conditions page.

I want askgamblers team to kindly intervene in this matter and help me in crediting back my total amount of 50000 INR.

I have attached all the proofs of successful transactions. If any other proof is needed kindly message me I will be happy to provide that also.

It was your mistake , someone in your team internally made a typing mistake and update the email as < email #3 masked > om***79@dafafun.com instead of correct email < email #2 masked > om***[email protected]

I have submitted all my documents and sent the documents from mail, also it's been two weeks no reply from dafabet chat. I have contacted them through email also they are not responding properly.

I am raising this complaint regarding my withdrawal request, which was submitted on September 4, 2026.

Shortly after submitting the withdrawal, I contacted the operator and explained that I was experiencing a medical emergency and urgently needed the funds. I specifically requested that my withdrawal be expedited due to the circumstances.

Unfortunately, instead of providing meaningful assistance, I was simply asked to wait until September 10, 2026.

Today, September 10, the situation has become even more frustrating. The operator appears to have enabled an automated response system, and every email I send is now receiving an automated reply rather than a response from an actual support representative.

I understand that withdrawals may have standard processing times. However, I had already made the operator aware of my medical emergency and was specifically told to wait until today. I am therefore requesting a proper update and resolution rather than being repeatedly directed to automated responses.

I am asking AskGamblers to please review this case and assist me in obtaining a clear response from the operator.

My requested resolution:

• Immediate review of my withdrawal.
• A clear explanation of the current status and reason for the delay.
• Processing of my withdrawal as soon as possible.
• A response from a real support representative rather than an automated email.

I hope the operator will take this complaint seriously and resolve the matter without any further unnecessary delay.

Hi its more than a month. They always decline my withdrawal, although my account is fully verfiied, always shows error code 310 and I always get this reply by email that Your withdrawal concern has been escalated to the relevant team. Once we receive an update, we will inform you via your registered email address, but they still could not solve it. I don't even understand what they mean by an unconfirmed deposit.
