Delayed deposit of 19858 INR

I have made a deposit of 19858 INR in Dafabet using payment method Lucky Pay UPI on 16 04 2024 09 22 13 AM.Its been more than a week now. Every time I chat with the support all they say is the same copy paste message that follow up is made and I have to monitor my account from time to time. But this is a deposit and not a withdrawal. What kind of a customer in the whole world wants to wait more than a week to get money deposited into the account. At this time I am not sure if they are scamming me. Please help me out.

you can close my case as resolved but dafa don't blame it on me i do know what a UTR is and I did provide it at the time of deposit it is your bad payments teams problem.

I have four successful deposit transactions that were debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Dafabet account, along with one withdrawal request that has remained pending. I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawal has not been fully processed, and I have been unable to get any meaningful assistance from customer support.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹40,000 INR on 23/06/2026.

₹10,000 was returned to my Dafabet wallet.

I have contacted customer support several times, but they keep giving me the same generic response without providing any update, proof of payment, or resolution.

To help verify my claim, I am also attaching my bank statement, which clearly shows that the remaining ₹15,000 has not been credited to my account.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ask Dafabet to either:

Credit the missing ₹15,000 to my bank account, or

Return the amount to my Dafabet wallet immediately if the transfer has failed.

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

Deposit amount not credited yet to my account

On 1st July made deposit of Rs 14000 to casino using phonepe UPI the transaction successfully completed and money debited but when I check the dafa account it's not there and the staff saying it's not secured still and asked me to send the transaction details.
