Delay in KYC Verification and Pending Disputed Amount of inr 240000

I would like to raise a dispute regarding the following withdrawal transactions dated 30 October 2026.

- Issue: I have not received the withdrawn amount in my bank account.

- Amount: ₹50,000

- Status: Successful

- Issue: I have received only ₹40,000. The remaining ₹10,000 has not been credited to my bank account.

3. Transaction ID: 533948618

- Amount: ₹50,000

- Status: Successful

- Issue: Please verify the transaction and confirm the credit status.

Although the transactions are showing as successful in the system, the corresponding amounts have not been fully credited to my bank account.

Total disputed amount: ₹78,000.

I request you to investigate these transactions, verify the bank transfer records, and arrange to credit the outstanding amount of ₹78,000 to my bank account at the earliest.

Please share the transaction reference numbers (UTR/RRN) and provide confirmation of the investigation.

I am raising a complaint against Dafa Sports regarding my pending withdrawal of ₹9,10,282.

Dafa Sports asked me to upload verification documents through my account. However, I am continuously facing an error while uploading them.

Therefore, I emailed all the required documents directly to [email protected] on 1 November 2026, explaining the upload issue and requesting manual verification.

Despite submitting the documents, my withdrawal is still pending.

I request Dafa Sports to acknowledge my documents, complete the verification and process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

I also request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue.

Deposit amount of 5000 INR has not been credited, and I have contacted live chat support and even uploaded a screenshot in the cashier history, but even after all this, the amount has not been credited to my gaming id wallet.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dafabet regarding a missing withdrawal of ₹50,000 INR.

On 12th Oct 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 INR from my account balance. On the Dafabet cashier/transaction dashboard, the status of this withdrawal is marked as "Successful". However, these funds have never reached my bank account.

When I reached out to support, Dafabet provided me with a Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number 628503469385 to prove the transfer. However, upon verifying this with my bank, this UTR belongs to an entirely different transaction sent by a different merchant to a completely unrelated third party. It has no connection to my bank account or my withdrawal.

I have followed all standard procedures and emailed Dafabet my official bank statement as a direct, unedited PDF download. This statement clearly displays my full legal name and account details, covering the period from the date of the request to the current date to prove non-receipt. Since I pointed out that the UTR they provided is invalid and belongs to someone else's transaction, Dafabet support has completely stopped replying to my emails.

I have attached screenshots of my dashboard showing the "Successful" status, mail communication with dafabet support, and my official PDF bank statement as proof of non-payment.

I kindly request the assistance of the AskGamblers team to escalate this to senior management at Dafabet so they can rectify this payment processor error and release my actual funds.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged document verification process and withdrawal difficulties with Dafabet Casino.

My Dafabet username is **< username removed >**.

I submitted my verification documents approximately 5 days ago. Dafabet informed me that the document review and validation process could take up to 72 hours.

However, despite waiting beyond the stated timeframe, my documents have still not been approved.

My account currently has a balance of **INR 262,142.16**, which I am unable to withdraw.

On October 17, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for **INR 250,000**, but it was declined.

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my two withdrawal requests submitted on October 23, 2026.

I have contacted their 24/7 customer support multiple times and sent several emails, but all I receive is the same generic response that my withdrawals are still under review.

No clear explanation or estimated completion time has been provided.

I find this delay unacceptable and request that Dafabet to urgently process both withdrawals and provide a clear explanation for the delay. I hope AskGamblers can assist in escalating this matter and putting pressure on Dafabet to resolve it as soon as possible.
