Declining withdrawals since 4 February despite document submission

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding repeated withdrawal rejections and prolonged verification delays.

Issue Summary:

Since 04 February 2026, my withdrawal requests have been continuously declined without a clear or valid explanation.

On 17 February 2026, I submitted all required KYC documents as requested by the operator. The system shows that my documents are "Under Review", but I have not received any confirmation, approval, or rejection update.

Despite submitting the required documents, my withdrawal requests continued to be declined.

Withdrawal Attempts (February 2026):

04/02/2026 – ₹194,393 – Declined

10/02/2026 – ₹10,000 – Declined

10/02/2026 – ₹5,000 – Declined

17/02/2026 – ₹40,000 – Declined

21/02/2026 – ₹154,393 – Declined

24/02/2026 – ₹40,000 – Pending

Current account: ₹154,393.50

Main Concern:

KYC documents submitted on 17 February 2026

Status still under review

No clear communication from Dafabet

Withdrawals repeatedly declined

I respectfully request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter. I am willing to provide all necessary screenshots, transaction IDs, and communication records if required.

Thank you for your response.

I would like to clarify that I have already submitted my verification documents on 17 February 2026 through the Dafabet account verification section. Since then, the status in my account still shows “Documents under review.”

I have not received any email or direct communication from Dafabet requesting additional documents or explaining where exactly those documents should be submitted.

Despite my documents being under review, all of my previous withdrawal requests were declined by the operator. Recently, I have submitted a new withdrawal request, which is currently pending.

If Dafabet requires any additional verification documents, I am fully willing to provide them immediately. However, I kindly request the operator to clearly specify:

1. Which exact documents are required
2. Where they should be submitted (account upload section or email)
3. Why previous withdrawals were declined while the verification is still under review

At the moment, there is no option in my account to upload additional documents, and I have not received any instructions by email.

I would appreciate your assistance in asking Dafabet to clarify this matter and complete the verification process so that my withdrawal can be processed.
