Declined withdrawal code 310 error and withdrawal disabled

My Dafabet userid is < username removed >

I have fund of 109261.98 inr in my dafabet account.

Whenever I am trying to withdraw, they are showing an error with withdrawal: code 310 error and withdrawal is not getting placed.

On transaction history page, they are showing withdrawal disabled thing.

On 23rd April 2026, I tried to withdraw, but it showed code 310 error and withdrawal was disabled.

I asked them multiple times but no response from their side.

I tried to withdraw again after a month, but still the same issue.

For more than a month they have not resolved it.

My account is fully verified and no documents have been asked from me, so why are they holding my money like this?

@askmygamber please intervene and help me get my withdrawal.

For reference and proof I am attaching scresnshot of that code 310 error and also screenshot of withdrawal disabled. You can see withdrawal disabled on 23 April 2026, and same withdrawal disabled still after a month, so clearly no resolution from their side.

Also attaching the screenshot of my account documents tab, which shows no documents required from my side, and my account is fully verified.

askgamblers kindly please intervene, i submitted the requested documents more then 24 hour ago, and according to dafabet policy dcoument verification take 6-12 hours which has clearly surpassed. I emailed them also, but they are responding .

I see here they are deliberately trying to hold my money in their website which is against the law.

Kindly please intervene and ask their team to process my withdrawal request now and reply quickly because I already provided the requested documents.

I have uploaded my id and photo of myself holding the id in my accounts-documents tab.
Now kindly fastly process my withdrawal request as soon as possible. @askgambler , i have submitted the id and selfie holding id, now kindly tell them to process my withdrawal request.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
