I am raising a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction from my wallet. On 11th September 2025 at 03:35 (GMT+5:30), an amount of ₹10,500 was debited from my account under the description “Manual Adjustment” (Transaction ID: 2769336862).
I did not authorize or receive any explanation for this deduction. When I attempted to contact your live chat support, they repeatedly disconnected without resolving the matter, which is highly unprofessional.
I request the following immediately:
1. A full written explanation of why this deduction was made.
2. A refund of the deducted amount if this was done in error.
3. Assurance that such unauthorized manual adjustments will not be repeated.
