I made a deposit of 6500 on 1/12/2024.

It has been more than a week now, my deposit has not been added to my gaming account.

Every time I send messages, they give the same repeated response we are yet to recieve your amount.

Again you are saying it is credited. You werr sayinh that funds has been not recieved now add it and then showed it as lost of whole some bet of 16900..

I have just checked my account. It has been added on 17 december 2024. I was given 16900. And then saw there was no money left in my account. So I checeked a bet of whole amount 16900 is put and it is shown as lost. Am I fool to put all money in a single bet ?
Or what type of scam you do with people you add money and put a wrong bet of whole amount..
And then saying that money is added to my account..
See if you dont want to give money then it is okay..I was unaware of the things my money is added then how can I put bet of whole money...Dont do such things with indian consumer.

I was playing in other's betting id.I can give you proof if you ask me to do so.

Partial Withdrawal Not Received for More Than 15 Days

I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawal has not been fully processed, and I have been unable to get any meaningful assistance from customer support.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹40,000 INR on 23/06/2026.

Out of the ₹40,000:

₹15,000 was successfully credited to my bank account.

₹10,000 was returned to my Dafabet wallet.

However, the remaining ₹15,000 has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my Dafabet wallet.

It has now been more than 15 days, and I still have not received the missing ₹15,000.

I have contacted customer support several times, but they keep giving me the same generic response without providing any update, proof of payment, or resolution.

To help verify my claim, I am also attaching my bank statement, which clearly shows that the remaining ₹15,000 has not been credited to my account.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ask Dafabet to either:

Credit the missing ₹15,000 to my bank account, or

Return the amount to my Dafabet wallet immediately if the transfer has failed.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

Issue With Dafabet Casino Explaination :

Its been more then 60 plus days i have been waiting for my deposit to be credited by Dafabet.

I have contacted Live Chat support and Live Call Support but they dont respond to me and end the chat manually on the Live chat.

On Support Call,

They always tell me same thing " As soon as possible it will be credited " but since last 2 months i am hearing same thing via Call Support by all the support team agents but my funds have still not been credited.

I hereby request Askgamblers to help me get back both my deposited amount as soon as possible.
