Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding two withdrawal requests that have been pending for more than six months. Despite being marked as “successfully processed” on Dafabet’s platform, the funds were never received in my bank account.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and assist me in resolving this issue, as Dafabet has failed to provide any proper response or solution.

Issue Summary

I initiated two withdrawals from my Dafabet account via Local Bank Transfer on the following dates. Both of these withdrawals appear as completed on Dafabet, but the money was never credited to my bank.

Despite multiple follow-ups, Dafabet has not resolved the matter, nor have they provided proof of successful transfers. It has now been more than 6 months, and they continue to withhold my funds.

I have attached my bank statements, which clearly show that no such funds have been received.

Dafabet claims the withdrawals are “successful,” but they have not provided any transaction receipts, UTR numbers, or proof of transfer.

I believe this is a withdrawal processing failure on Dafabet’s side, and they are withholding my legitimate winnings.

Request to AskGamblers

I respectfully request AskGamblers to:

Intervene and communicate with Dafabet regarding these missing withdrawals.

Request Dafabet to provide valid transfer proof or payment confirmation.

Ensure that either the funds are credited to my bank account or refunded back to my Dafabet account immediately.

Treat this case as urgent, as it has already been pending for over six months.

I sincerely hope AskGamblers can help me secure my rightful funds and resolve this issue with Dafabet, as direct communication with the casino has not led to any solution.

I withdrew Rs 40000 on 8th September.

It was successful but has not been credited to my bank account yet.

I tried to contact customer support, but there has not been much response from them, so I am contacting you here to resolve my issue.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved deposit on my Dafabet account.

The cryptocurrency transaction was successfully completed and confirmed on the TRON blockchain on 31 August 2026. However, the corresponding INR 40,000 deposit has still not been credited to my Dafabet account.

It has now been approximately 27 days since the transaction.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times during this period and provided the transaction information necessary to verify the payment. The matter has also been referred to their relevant team for review, but despite the considerable amount of time that has passed, the funds have still not been credited and I have not received a substantive resolution explaining what happened to the confirmed payment.

This is not a recently reported transaction for which I am simply waiting for an initial response. The deposit has remained unresolved since 31 August 2026, despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the casino.

The blockchain transaction is publicly verifiable as SUCCESSFUL and CONFIRMED. I can provide the transaction history, blockchain confirmation and my correspondence with Dafabet if required.

I am asking Dafabet to manually investigate Transaction ID 527446410, locate the confirmed USDT payment and either credit the corresponding INR 40,000 to my account or provide an appropriate resolution for the funds.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance because almost four weeks have now passed without a resolution.

I am using dafabet acc from a long time
Recently my dafabet asked for document verification and i have submitted all my documents and successfully verified my acc
When I tried to withdraw amount they removed crypto withdrawal options as I have deposited from crypto .When I tried to withdraw amount through another payment method the withdrawal are getting declined by saying payment mismatch

Has not credited 26000 from my 100000 withdrawal

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

I kindly request your assistance regarding my 100,000 INR withdrawal from Dafabet Casino, which has not been credited to my bank account since 14/09/2026, despite being marked as successful.

Dafabet confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed and provided the above UTR for tracking. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account.

I contacted my bank regarding the UTR, and they informed me that UTR 759034711057 could not be traced in their system.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could provide a clear update regarding the payment and UTR, or resolve the withdrawal if the funds were not successfully received by my bank.

I'm also attaching my bank statement with this complaint for verification. The statement covers the relevant period and confirms that the 100,000 INR withdrawal has not been credited to my account.

I am attaching my statement for the last three months up to today.

It is showing as successful, and you have given a UTR, but I am sure that the UTR is for a failed transaction because my Airtel Payments Bank account was put under UPI restrictions.

I have lost access to my old email account and wanted to change email id in my acount. I contacted dafabet 10 days ago and completed the verification and documentation process n accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. But it's been 10 days they are still verifying and not updating the email id. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my account and funds.

I have followed up multiple times with the Dafabet support team and have not heard.

Withdrawal not received even after ac being fully verified

Hi my acc is fully verified and everything is fine but still am not able to receive any of my withdrawals, I am waiting since 25 august. They keep declining my withdrawal without any reason and even the latest withdrawals made on 10 th september got declined on 17 th sep which was the last date.

And if ask on chat or email they say its under review, it took so long time. I have 7 pending withdrawal and received not even a one.
