I have been trying to access my Dafabet account for several days now. I have spent over 12 hours on multiple support calls, but their customer service has been completely useless.
All they do is repeat the same steps—clear cache, use different browsers, reset password, etc.—which I’ve already done more than 50 times. I even tried the "Forgot Username" option multiple times. Despite all this, I am still locked out of my account.
In addition to this, I also have a pending withdrawal, and I now suspect that Dafabet is intentionally delaying or blocking access because of it. Instead of helping, they’re just wasting my time with copy-paste replies and no real solutions.
Dafabet has completely failed to resolve the issue, and that’s why I’ve come to AskGamblers for help. I’m attaching screenshots of chats and emails with their team so you can verify everything I’ve said.
