Dafabet is not letting me withdraw my 141000 rupees and delaying account verification

Hello sir/madam,

I have an account in dafabet with id < username removed >. On 9/10/25 when I tried to withdraw my money, they said I need to submit documents in specific style for account verification.

"

To process your withdrawal request of INR 46,000.00, 35,000.00 on 08/10/2025 19:12:09, 08/10/2025 13:51:55 IST we need you to upload the following documents for verification:"


I have submitted them and they have requested for documents again without telling me what happened the first time. Like this I have submitted my documents 5 times. Finally on 31/10/25, I have got a reply as

"Good news! Your Pan ID/Aadhar Card is verified. Please check the Cashier to explore your deposit options. Your account is now verified, and you can now start using our services. We appreciate your cooperation during the verification process."


Then I have submitted withdrawal request. After 2 days when I have asked them about it, they said they are escalating the withdrawal issue and I have got another mail regarding account verification.


I have been told to start the account verification again. They have completely forgotten that I have completed my verification on 31/10/25. And asking for documents again on 3/11/25. I am very disappointed in dafabet service. After taking 20 days and submitting documents 5 times, they completed the verification and asked me to cashier options. When I'm submitting a withdrawal again they are starting verification again. Please help me with this.
