Dafabet is not crediting my two deposits

First of all my sincere gratitude for assisting me in my previous complaints against Dafabet. I hope you will assist me successfully on this complaint also

On 19/02/2025 I made two deposits of ₹50,000 in my Dafabet wallet. Those two transactions were successful but the amount is still now not credited to my wallet.

I tried contacting customer support through call and mail, every time when I contact they are simply saying that they are yet to secure the amount. I got a confirmation from my bank also stating that the two transactions were successful.

Dafabet is very very poor literally in assisting customers. I need your assistance regarding these two deposits because ever since the date of the deposit the only reply I’m getting from them repeatedly is that they are yet to secure the amount and follow-up has been made they won’t even try to help their customers

This could have been done without listing on askgamblers also.
I literally waited for 3 days for deposits and at last I choose to file a complaint against you.

If your CS department assists properly with follow up then why would I be on this platform. Which platform takes three days to process a deposit that too after submitting relevant proofs. To be honest there is no proper addressal of customer grievances
I don’t know why you would loose your reputation by delaying these kind of small queries. ₹1,00,000 isn’t a small amount for anybody due to your delay I lost so many bets which I would have won if the deposits was successful

I am raising a complaint regarding a ₹20,000 deposit made to Dafabet.

Transaction details:

The payment was successfully completed from my bank account, and I have already submitted the required transaction proofs and bank confirmation to Dafabet.

However, Dafabet continues to claim that they have not received the funds and have not credited the amount to my account.

My bank has confirmed that the transaction was successful, and I have provided the supporting evidence to Dafabet. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.

I request AskGamblers to review this case and assist in getting the ₹20,000 deposit either credited to my Dafabet account or refunded to my bank account.

Dafabet should also provide clear evidence if they maintain that the funds were not received, rather than repeatedly asking me to wait without resolving the issue.

Unreasonable indefinite account audit

To the AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:

On 09 21, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."

Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."

As of today, 09 28, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.

My Position:

I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.

Desired Outcome:

I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.

I have attached screenshots of my account balance, the rejected transaction history, and my conversations with their support team as evidence.

40000 INR Deposit missing for 27 days

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved deposit on my Dafabet account.

The cryptocurrency transaction was successfully completed and confirmed on the TRON blockchain on 31 August 2026. However, the corresponding INR 40,000 deposit has still not been credited to my Dafabet account.

It has now been approximately 27 days since the transaction.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times during this period and provided the transaction information necessary to verify the payment. The matter has also been referred to their relevant team for review, but despite the considerable amount of time that has passed, the funds have still not been credited and I have not received a substantive resolution explaining what happened to the confirmed payment.

This is not a recently reported transaction for which I am simply waiting for an initial response. The deposit has remained unresolved since 31 August 2026, despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the casino.

The blockchain transaction is publicly verifiable as SUCCESSFUL and CONFIRMED. I can provide the transaction history, blockchain confirmation and my correspondence with Dafabet if required.

I am asking Dafabet to manually investigate Transaction ID 527446410, locate the confirmed USDT payment and either credit the corresponding INR 40,000 to my account or provide an appropriate resolution for the funds.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance because almost four weeks have now passed without a resolution.

I am using dafabet acc from a long time
Recently my dafabet asked for document verification and i have submitted all my documents and successfully verified my acc
When I tried to withdraw amount they removed crypto withdrawal options as I have deposited from crypto .When I tried to withdraw amount through another payment method the withdrawal are getting declined by saying payment mismatch

Has not credited 26000 from my 100000 withdrawal

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

I kindly request your assistance regarding my 100,000 INR withdrawal from Dafabet Casino, which has not been credited to my bank account since 14/09/2026, despite being marked as successful.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could provide a clear update regarding the payment and UTR, or resolve the withdrawal if the funds were not successfully received by my bank.

I'm also attaching my bank statement with this complaint for verification. The statement covers the relevant period and confirms that the 100,000 INR withdrawal has not been credited to my account.

I am attaching my statement for the last three months up to today.

It is showing as successful, and you have given a UTR, but I am sure that the UTR is for a failed transaction because my Airtel Payments Bank account was put under UPI restrictions.

I have lost access to my old email account and wanted to change email id in my acount. I contacted dafabet 10 days ago and completed the verification and documentation process n accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. But it's been 10 days they are still verifying and not updating the email id. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my account and funds.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and help me to update my email id without further delay.
