It's very saddening that dafabet not proccesing my deposit of 5000 rs from 62 days

Every time I connect to them they are saying that they didn't secured the money amount got deducted from my bank , I have provided all the valid Transaction screenshot and bank statement, still they didn't provided the resolution.
