Dafabet Declined Withdrawal and Deducted Funds Without Valid Reason Immediate Resolution Required of my my fund

Dear AskGamblers Team,


I am filing this complaint regarding my Dafabet account (Username: < username removed >), where an unfair deduction of my funds has taken place. On 07/05/2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₹70,000 (Transaction ID: 439189792). However, Dafabet declined this withdrawal without providing any valid reason.

To make things worse, Dafabet deducted ₹40,509.63 from my account as a "Manual Adjustment" without any explanation or justification. This amount has been debited forcefully despite my balance being legitimate and not associated with any bonus, wagering requirement, or policy violation.

I have reached out to Dafabet's support team multiple times via chat and email, asking for the reason behind this deduction, but they failed to give a clear or satisfactory answer. They simply closed the matter without resolving it, which is highly unethical and unfair to a genuine user.


Key Points to Highlight:

Withdrawal of ₹70,000 was declined without reason.

Post-decline, ₹40,509.63 was deducted as a manual adjustment without any explanation.

I did not violate any terms & conditions, nor were there any active bonuses or wagering.

Dafabet failed to provide transparency and proper support despite multiple requests.

I am simply asking for my hard-earned legitimate funds to be returned.


Requested Resolution:

I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help me get my deducted ₹40,509.63 refunded back to my Dafabet account. This is my rightful money and Dafabet has no reason to keep it.

I have attached all necessary screenshots, email conversations, transaction history, and chat logs for your reference.

I am writing to strongly object to your recent message regarding the alleged creation of duplicate accounts. I want to make it absolutely clear that I have not created any duplicate accounts on your platform. I have always followed your rules and regulations sincerely, and this accusation is completely baseless.

It is extremely disappointing that instead of appreciating a genuine player, your system penalized me right after I started winning. The timing of this action raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency on your platform.

I demand a clear explanation and evidence for this alleged violation. If you are unable to provide proof, I expect the immediate reversal of any confiscated funds and a full restoration of my account status.

I also request that you escalate this matter to a higher authority within your team and treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves. I reserve the right to take this issue to consumer protection forums if a fair resolution is not provided.
