Dafabet declined my payment request

Hi

On 28th December 2023, I have submitted my withdrawal request, after that Dafabet requested me to submit my National Government issued ID (Front & Back) for the verification purposes.

I have submitted my KYC documents based on what Dafabet have requested.

On 4th January 2024, there was an email replied with Vietnamese mentioned that my KYC was approved, however the withdrawal is still declined.

On 5th January 2024, they have requested me to submit the photo of me holding my National ID, next to my face with the arms and shoulder fully visible and id information clearly readable once zoomed, and I have submitted this to Dafabet.

However, they did not check it and keep on repeating the same procedure to me, which I have already already submitted my national government ID and my selfie with the ID, but my withdrawal request is still decline.

I have resent my documents again on 12th January 2024, however there is no reply from Dafabet, and my withdrawal submitted on 12th January 2024 was declined without any notice.

Kindly assist me.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I found AskGamblers through strong recommendations from users who have successfully resolved disputes with online casinos and betting platforms here. I would sincerely appreciate your help in investigating this matter and helping me recover access to my funds.
