Subject: Escalation of Delayed Withdrawals – INR 27,000 and INR 10,000
Dear Askgamblers Team, I am submitting this complaint regarding two delayed withdrawal transactions that remain unresolved despite multiple follow-ups with customer support.
Transaction 1
Amount: INR 27,000
Approved: 03/06/2026 at 07:57:19 IST
Transaction 2
Amount: INR 10,000
Approved: 04/06/2026 at 22:51:27 IST
The platform informed me that Local Bank Transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 banking days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Despite this, I have not received the funds.
Customer support acknowledged the delay and stated that the INR 27,000 withdrawal is under review with their payment partner. However, they have not provided any expected resolution timeline. They have repeatedly asked me to wait without offering a concrete update.
I respectfully request an immediate investigation and resolution. If the transfers cannot be completed, I request that both amounts be promptly returned to my gaming wallet. If the transfers have already been processed, I request the relevant UTR/reference numbers and proof of transfer for both transactions.
I have attached the available transaction details and correspondence with customer support for reference.
