Dafabet 36000 deposit debited but not credited

There customer support chat and mail system has been worse no explanation are giving

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is 538000 (INR). It has been declined even after submitting all the documents

I made withdrawal of INR 1,00,000 on Sep 14 , in that 21k is refunded to my dafabet wallet but 79k is never credited to my bank account nor refunded to dafabet wallet.

I waited for the timeline dafabet mentioned to complete 1to 4 working days but it is already been 20 days till I haven't received the funds.

Whenever I try to contact them they're simply sending automatic replies

My Dafabet account was restricted on 19 August 2026, and I was asked to provide identification and proof of address.

I fully cooperated and submitted all documents requested by Dafabet. I first submitted my Voter ID and proof of address. Dafabet later specifically requested a passport or driving licence, so I obtained and submitted my passport together with proof of address.

Dafabet subsequently requested another type of proof of address. I provided a recent HP Gas invoice showing my name and address, as well as my recent bank statement.

My account is restricted, so I was unable to upload documents through MyAccount and therefore submitted the documents by email as instructed by Dafabet.

I have repeatedly followed up with Dafabet regarding the account reopening. I have received multiple responses stating that my concern has been forwarded to the relevant team and that I need to wait.

Most importantly, Dafabet has now explicitly confirmed in writing that my uploaded document was “accepted and verified.” However, my account is still not reopened, and I have not received a clear explanation of what is still pending or a final decision regarding my account.

I have been waiting since 19 August 2026 and have fully cooperated with every verification request.

I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in obtaining a clear final decision from Dafabet regarding the reopening of my account and access to my funds.

I withdrew Rs 40000 on 8th September.

It was successful but has not been credited to my bank account yet.

I tried to contact customer support, but there has not been much response from them, so I am contacting you here to resolve my issue.
