Dafa sports deposit of 40000 pending for last 1 month

I initiated a deposit of ₹40000/- on 15/05/2024 at 4:51:44 pm IST (GMT + 5:30) or 19:21:44 (GMT+8) via GPS pay UPI.
After that at 4:52 pm IST I made the payment via UPI to the UPI id vivek77959695@barodampay.
My payment UTR number is 413605183496.

I submitted the UTR number in dafabet website.
After few minutes I saw that the transaction was pending.
Then I uploaded the screenshot.
After around 2-3 hours I saw that my transaction was pending. I tried to create a new deposit request. But still the result was same.
I contacted customer support.
First they told me to wait for some time.
But after waiting for more than 7 days I again contacted them.
They told me that they have not received the fund. But I confirmed with my bank that the fund was credited to the recipient account.
After that I contacted customer care several times and mentioned about the transaction details.
Now they gave reply for another transaction of ₹40000/- which I tried to do on 15/05/2024 at 18:47 pm (GMT+8).
But my transaction time was 19:21:44 (GMT+8).
I told them several times to check the transaction made on 19:21:47 (GMT+8) but they did not and they gave the same reply that they have not received the fund for the transaction made on 18:44 (GMT+8)
I repeatedly asked them that I was referring to another transaction but they gave the same reply.
Till now my account not get credited.

Deposit of 10K INR not credited to the casino wallet

Dear AskGamblers Team and Dafabet Complaints Team,

I am writing to report a deposit of rupees 10k not deposited to the casino wallet.

On 11/06/2026, I made a separate deposit of 10,000 INR. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, but the Dafabet cashier page continues to show the status as "in progress," and the money has not been added to my wallet. I have already attempted to resolve this through standard customer support channels without success.

Dafabet Delaying My Verified Withdrawals 47000 INR

I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance regarding the unnecessary delay of my withdrawals from Dafabet.
On 26 July 2026, I placed the following withdrawal requests:
₹100,00 (Transaction ID: 523505058)
₹17,000 (Transaction ID: 523500005)
₹20,000 (Transaction ID: 523499975)
Total Pending Withdrawal: ₹47,000
Instead of processing my withdrawals, Dafabet requested additional KYC verification documents. I immediately complied and submitted every document they requested.
My account now clearly shows that my documents have been submitted and are currently under review. I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements.
Despite this, all three withdrawals remain pending and no estimated completion time has been provided.
I respect legitimate KYC procedures. However, once all requested documents have been submitted, players should not face unnecessary delays in receiving their own funds.
I kindly request AskGamblers to contact Dafabet and ask them to:
Complete my KYC verification without further delay.
Process all three pending withdrawals immediately after verification.
Explain the reason for the continued delay if any additional review is still required.
I have acted in good faith, provided all requested documents promptly, and I am simply requesting the release of my legitimate funds.

Withdrawal disabled Error Code 310

First dafabet placed a bet limit on my account which is already fully verified account. Then I decided that I don't need to have higher balance in my account because of the bet limits and therefore I was trying to make a withdrawal but I received a message that some error occurred with code 310. Upon checking my withdrawal history it shows that withdrawal was disabled. Contacted their live chat helpline but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Therefore I request that my withdrawals be enabled so that I can get back my funds.

Withdrawal is taking too much time and account verification is delayed

My Dafabet withdrawal has been pending since 23rd July 2026. The total stuck amount is 470000 INR

They asked me to upload account verification documents, which I did on 23rd July itself, but still more than 48 hours have passed; it's showing under review only.

Their time frame for checking documents is 48 hours, and I waited that time, and after that I am contacting the AskGamblers team to help out me in this matter.

I would like to tell you that I am a silver vip level customer, but still I am facing this issue, so AskGamblers team, please intervene here and help me get my account verified and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
