I would like to bring to your attention an issue I recently faced while making a payment to my Dafa account. I initiated a transaction from my bank, and the amount was successfully deducted from my account. However, the payment was not credited to my Dafa balance. When I checked the cashier page, the status showed as “Failed,” even though the money was already debited from my bank.

This situation has caused inconvenience, and I am concerned about the whereabouts of the deducted amount. I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest and verify the transaction from your end. If the payment was not received by your system, please ensure that the amount is either credited to my Dafa account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.

I can provide the transaction details, bank reference number, screenshots, and any other information required to resolve this issue. Your prompt assistance will be highly appreciated, as I am hoping for a quick resolution to avoid any further delays or difficulties.
