Dafa bookmaker refunded my bets, even though they won

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am raising this complaint regarding a withdrawal of 5,300 IN from my Dafabet account (Dafasports division) that has not been credited to my bank account.

Details of the transaction:

• Account Username: Asfakjsm

• Withdrawal Amount: 5,300 INR

• Transaction Date: 05/10/2026

• Processed Date: 05/10/2026

• Payout Method: Local Bank Transfer

• Transaction ID: 531165119

The withdrawal status inside my Dafabet account is showing as "Success" / "Completed". However, the standard processing window has passed, and the funds have still not hit my bank account.

I have reached out to Dafabet customer support multiple times and escalated the issue via email, but 1 keep receiving generic responses without being provided a valid Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number or external bank clearance receipt that my bank needs to track the funds.

Kindly mediate this issue and help me compel Dafabet to either provide a valid UTR tracking number so my bank can locate the funds, or reverse the 5,300 INR back into my gaming account balance.

Thank you.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to kindly seek your assistance regarding my Dafabet account verification, which has been pending for over 9 days. I have submitted the required documents in accordance with Dafabet’s verification guidelines and have been cooperating fully throughout the process.

I understand that verification may take some time, and I sincerely appreciate the efforts involved. However, I would be grateful if you could kindly look into my case and help facilitate the process, as I am currently unable to withdraw my funds.

For your reference, the disputed amount is ₹9,400 (INR).

Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and assistance.

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

On their request, I provided the following documents for KYC verification:

PAN card with a holding selfie

Despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines, the status remains pending, and I am receiving irrelevant bot replies from their support email.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹2,92,000.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 7 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the verification process and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet for declining my withdrawal despite submitting the requested verification documents.

Dafabet asked me to provide the front and back of my Aadhaar card, along with photographs of myself holding the front and back of the card. I attempted to upload these documents through my account, but the upload section was showing an error. I immediately informed Dafabet about this issue and emailed all the requested documents to [email protected] on the very same day they requested them.

Despite submitting the documents and following up with their team, my withdrawal request was declined. I have now submitted two new withdrawal requests, but I am concerned about further delays despite having already complied with their verification requirements.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and help me get my withdrawal processed. I have cooperated with Dafabet’s verification process and provided the requested documents through email when their website’s upload functionality was not working.

My expectation is that Dafabet processes my new withdrawal requests without further unnecessary delays. I am seeking the release of my funds, not another prolonged verification process for documents I have already submitted.

I have submitted new withdrawal request of 413686. Kindly Process it.

Hello AskGamblers!

I registered on Dafabet India in June of this year. I started playing at the end of August. I played fairly. I made deposits totaling over 650,000 INR!!! At one point, a lot of bets came in and my balance was 2,753,000 INR. I placed a withdrawal request. It was pending for a few days, then it was cancelled, and my verification process began!

They asked me for photos, which I provided immediately. The first verification lasted a week. No one said anything until I wrote in the chat. They asked me for new photos, which I provided. Then the verification process took even longer, I wrote in the chat, and they said the verification was still in progress.

Then they asked for photos a third time, which I provided again.

Now they have asked me for photos for the fourth time, under the pretext that the photos are blurry, although everything is perfectly clear in them! And this time they need to be uploaded not on the website, but sent by email. Which I did again! Verification has been going on for over a month!!!

AskGamblers can you help me get my funds???

I have deposited amount of 4000RS on dafabet by using umbrah wallet UPI, but my amount is not credited up to now. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have contacted them but no use from dafabet. Before also I leaved many transactions. Poor service from them.

I believed only askgambler can solve my problem, that's why I am submitting the problem.
