The Issue:
I made a successful Crypto deposit, and the funds have reached the destination wallet as per the blockchain records.
The Dafabet Cashier shows the status as "Failed", but the money was deducted from my side.
I have provided all screenshots and the direct blockchain link to their support team (Ticket #414819).
Initially, they responded saying a follow-up is ongoing, but now they have stopped replying to my emails.
It has been over 24 hours and my funds are still not credited.
What I want:
I want Dafabet to manually verify the blockchain link provided and credit INR 300 to my account immediately.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

"I am filing this complaint because Dafabet is repeatedly failing to credit my deposits. Just yesterday, I resolved a case for 300 INR via AskGamblers. Today, I made another deposit of 500 INR at 10:27 PM (Transaction ID: 494896316), and it is stuck in 'Pending' again.
My User ID is armankarar1050.
The funds have been successfully sent from my side, but the support team is giving the same scripted replies. It seems Dafabet only credits funds when a public complaint is filed. I have provided the transaction hash and all proofs. I want my funds to be credited immediately.

"I have received the funds, but only after I posted a complaint here. Before that, Dafabet support was just giving me scripted replies for 36 hours. It seems they only take action when a public complaint is filed. Thank you AskGamblers for your support, the case is now resolved
