Cricket cashback bonus not credited for this week

I haven't recieved my 'Maximum Cricket Cashback' Bonus for this week despite meeting all the conditions and correspondence with the dafa customer support team -

> Have bet more than INR 90,000 on Cricket bets in the past week at odds greater than 1.50 ( Min. Odds specified )
> Have made multiple deposits during this week ( Another condition of the bonus )
> Have no other active bonuses currently ongoing ( Another condition of the bonus )
> Have faced this bonus not being credited issue multiple times in the past, But this time I've decided enough is enough and am submitting a complaint to receive my bonus
> I have had multiple correspondences with the customer support team as seen below and the response is never satisfactory

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

askGamblers, the issue isn't resolved and as you can see from the above messages, Dafa refuses to give a specific reason so I'm not really sure what to do
