Cozeni deposit not credited to account wallet

Hi team

My user ID is - rgannavarapu11

On 22nd of Oct 10:42 PM IST, I have been trying to load money to the wallet via Cozeni method, and Dafabet proceeded to the payment page where I performed the Tron wallet crypto transaction

And the transaction at the wallet end is successful; however, the Dafabet end has never been successful, and my amount is stuck for so many days

I have provided all the proofs as well

But Dafabet is providing us with the standard messages and not actionizing the issue

Amount stuck is 49500 INR

Please help me with this issue, as this has been a very long time, and I didn't get the money credited to the wallet

As iterated many times - the money got deducted and it was success from my tron wallet end

to ensure a further confirmation - i again went to the support team of the wallet and they also confirmed that the transaction is sucessful for thier end

Why dafabet is refusing they didnot recieve amount - this clearly a conspiracy dafabet is not behaving

im attaching the response from tron wallet org support end as a proof of response.

My money is deducted and it is dafabet responsibility to load it because it is their wallert i have loaded.

My doubt is when the transaction is initiated through Cozeni dafabet provided the address of wallet during the transaction as

If they can verify from their transaction logs for this address it will be clearly evident that amount is deposited or not

How come the amount is deducted from my wallet so where did it went

My end is very clear the amount transaction is success
Dafabet has not provided any relevant details proving their statement only thing they are responding is just a normal standard response didn't recieve the funds check with bank

The person who is addressing this issue has no knowledge I believe
Infact most of their customer support team are just dumb and very unprofessional people

They never provided relavant information


I request askgamblers team to please look into this issue and resolve my matter

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
