Complaint against Dafabet & unjustified account closure 100000 withheld

Issue Description:

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding the unjustified closure of my account and the withholding of my funds amounting to ₹100,000.

On attempting to log in, I received a message stating that my account is closed, and I was advised to contact customer support. I immediately reached out to Dafabet's support team, requesting them to reopen my account. Initially, they acknowledged my request and informed me that it was under review. However, despite multiple follow-ups, my account remains closed, and no resolution has been provided.

Attempts to Resolve:

I contacted Dafabet support via email and received responses stating that my request to reopen the account was being processed.

I followed up several times, yet my account remains restricted without any valid explanation.

No specific reason has been given for the closure, nor has any resolution been provided regarding my balance withdrawal.

My Request:

Immediate reopening of my Dafabet account.

Full access to my funds (₹100,000) and the ability to withdraw them.

A clear explanation of why my account was closed without prior notice.


This situation is highly frustrating and feels unfair. I urge AskGamblers to intervene and help me retrieve my account and funds as soon as possible.
