Issue

I requested a withdrawal of ₹100,000 on 21 April 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups for more than four months, the funds have not been credited to my bank account. Dafabet provided me with a UTR number, but my bank confirmed that the funds were reversed back to Dafabet.

I submitted my complete bank statements to Dafabet as proof that no such credit was received. However, the issue remains unresolved.


Additionally, Dafabet’s customer support has been unprofessional:

• Chat sessions disconnected repeatedly without resolution.

• Representatives abandoned conversations mid-discussion.

• No clear timeline or proper updates were ever provided.


This has caused me financial stress, inconvenience, and uncertainty.

1. Bank statement showing no credit received.

2. Screenshots of chat transcripts and communications with Dafabet support.

3. Transaction details and follow-up proof.


Requested Resolution

1. Immediate processing and crediting of the pending ₹100,000 withdrawal to my registered bank account.

2. An additional ₹550,000 compensation for undue hardship, stress, and time lost.

3. Investigation into the failed transaction and Dafabet’s unprofessional customer support conduct.

4. Assurance of corrective measures to prevent recurrence

Dafabet, your standard copy-paste replies are insulting. It has been over 5 months and you have still not resolved my INR 100,000 withdrawal.
• My bank confirmed the funds were returned to Dafabet.
• I already submitted all proof and statements.
• Yet you keep stalling with no transaction details, no reversal confirmation, and no resolution timeline.

This is negligence and unacceptable behavior from a licensed operator. I demand you immediately trace the transaction and re-credit my funds.

If you continue to delay, I will escalate this to the RBI, consumer protection authorities, and legal forums. Other players should be warned: Dafabet has failed to honor withdrawals transparently.
