I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dafabet regarding unresolved issues with my account, despite having completed all required verification procedures.

Pending Withdrawal:

I have a withdrawal request of INR 5,000 that has not been processed.

Despite submitting all necessary documents, including ID proof and a selfie, the withdrawal remains unresolved.

Failed Deposit via Crypto:

I made a deposit of INR 25,000 via cryptocurrency, which has not been credited to my account.

The transaction appears successful on the blockchain, but the amount is still not reflected in my Dafabet account.

I have already provided all requested documents and proof, including screenshots of the transaction. However, there has been no proper resolution or clear response from Dafabet’s support team.

Request: I kindly request immediate action on the following:

Process my pending withdrawal of INR 5,000 without further delay.

Credit my failed deposit of INR 25,000 or provide a valid explanation and resolution.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
