Complaint Against Dafabet for Excessive Delay in Document Verification

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dafabet regarding an ongoing issue with my account verification process.

It has now been approximately 10 days since I submitted all the required documents which includes the photo of my ID (front & back) and a selfie with my ID for verification. Despite complying fully with their requests and providing accurate documentation, my account is still not verified. This delay has already exceeded every timeframe that was communicated to me by their support team.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting Dafabet through both calls and messages. Each time, I have been assured that the verification would be completed within a certain period, but those deadlines have repeatedly passed without any progress or clear explanation.

This situation is extremely frustrating, as the delay is preventing me from accessing my funds and using my account normally. The lack of transparency and failure to adhere to their own stated timelines raises serious concerns about their service and reliability.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and help expedite the verification process or provide a clear resolution.

I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation if required.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
